Post-setup – Working with Retailers (via Agents)

Once your account is setup and your product data is imported, your agent will start to setup retailers that will access your products and place orders with you. The basic process is this:

  • Agent sets up retailers and links them to your account
  • Agent contact the retailers and shows them how to download your data and images, and how to place orders.
  • Retailer imports/creates your products on their website
  • End-Customers place orders on retailer website
  • Retailer places order on our platform platform or via CSV or API integration which gets sent to supplier (either by email or integration)
  • Supplier contacts retailer (or vice versa) to take payment
  • Goods Despatched
